Educating our children is the highest priority of Tifereth Israel in order to cultivate a positive Jewish identity. Through inspired teaching we attempt to instill in our children a love of God, knowledge, and respect for oneself and others. We encourage a love and understanding of the uniqueness of our tradition, along with respect for all who share different opinions. The most effective and innovative educational methods are utilized and the faculty is carefully selected for their professionalism.

For students in grades 2 through 7, the religious school convenes on Tuesday afternoons and Shabbat mornings, offering a vibrant educational experienceOn Tuesdays, the school transforms into a lively hub of learning, where young students engage in interactive lessons that blend religious studies with creative activities, fostering both spiritual and intellectual development. Shabbat mornings bring a sense of community and celebration as students participate in prayer, song, and reflection in a warm, inclusive atmosphere. Older students in 8th grade and beyond take on the role of madrichim, serving as student teachers and mentors. Their involvement not only enriches the learning environment but also provides valuable leadership experience, as they guide and support their younger peers, creating a dynamic, multi-generational community dedicated to growth and tradition.
